Bitget Withdrawals Stuck or Disabled? Check Network Status Before Panicking

When a Bitget withdrawal shows as suspended or pending, the cause is often network maintenance or a security hold. How to read the status screens, announcements and your history calmly.

Few things feel worse than trying to move funds off an exchange and seeing the withdraw button greyed out. On Bitget, that state usually has an ordinary cause: the specific network is under maintenance, a wallet upgrade is in progress, or your account has a temporary security hold after a settings change. Each has a visible signal in the app. Learning where to look turns a moment of panic into a short check.

Check the network status on the withdrawal screen

In the Bitget app go to Assets, choose Withdraw and select the coin. Each network is listed with its availability. A suspended network usually shows a label or a greyed option with a short note. If one network is paused, another network for the same coin may still be open; check that the receiving wallet supports it before switching. The withdrawal cost and minimum shown for each network also update here.

Read the announcements

Bitget posts maintenance and wallet upgrade notices in the announcements section of the app and website. Search for the coin name. Notices normally state when the suspension began and when service is expected to resume. Hard forks and network upgrades often pause deposits and withdrawals for a period, and that pause applies to everyone, not just your account.

Security holds on your own account

If every network is open but your withdrawal is blocked, look at the security centre. Changing your password, phone, email or authenticator often triggers a temporary withdrawal restriction, with the remaining time shown on screen. Adding a new whitelist address can also have a waiting period. These holds exist to stop someone who hijacks your account from emptying it immediately.

When a withdrawal is pending for too long

Open the withdrawal record in Assets history. If it shows a transaction hash, the transfer has left Bitget; check it on the blockchain explorer. If there is no hash after a long wait and no announcement explains it, contact support through the help centre chat with the record details. Do not follow anyone on social media who offers to speed it up.

Scenario checkpoint

  • Check each network's availability label on the Bitget withdrawal screen for the coin.
  • Search the announcements section for maintenance or wallet upgrade notices on that coin.
  • Look in the security centre for a withdrawal hold after recent settings changes.
  • Confirm whether the record has a transaction hash before contacting support about delays.
